Chilies Rellenos Breakfast Casserole
10 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 lb Jack Cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 pt. cottage cheese
4 oz. can chopped Ortega chile peppers
Mix together. Bake in 9x12 inch pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, or until lightly browned.
