Salsa

14 cups skinned chopped tomatoes
3 cups chopped onions
1 bunch chopped cilantro
6 seranno peppers, roasted and chopped
6 jalapeno peppers, roasted and chopped
1 anahiem pepper, roasted and chopped
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 limes, juiced

Mix all ingredients. Boil on medium heat 30 minutes, Fill jars. Process 20 minutes.
Makes approx. 7 pints.
