Chicken Meatballs

Mix together and shape into 12 to 14 meatballs:
1 1/2 pounds of ground chicken
1 tablespoon of any grill seasoning blend
1 large egg
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 handful chopped parsley leaves
a generous drizzle of olive oil

Bake at 425 degrees on a sprayed cookie sheet for 15 minutes. I usually turn them over half way through. Serve with any kind of pasta and sauce - I use Prego. Eat.
