When at a recent doctor's visit my daughter needed some incentive to stop nursing and start eating more so she could sleep longer. Dr. Ho told us to make hot cereal as the recipe suggests, but near the end ( after it has thickened half-way) we crack an egg and pour the white and yolk into the cereal. Quickly stir the cereal so that the egg cooks into teeny bits. You can almost get it so you can't tell it's there at all.
One day I decided to try it. Yummy
Here are some ways to make it tastier:
1. Add sugar and milk
2. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and milk
3. Add a dash of vanilla
4. Add blueberries and milk
5. Make up your own favorite
