Quiche

From Ann Pitts

QUICHE

6 eggs
3 cups milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
1 cup Bisquick
2 cups cheese
1 small can Ortega chilies
crumbled bacon or chopped ham to taste
mushrooms (if desired)

Beat eggs, Add milk, butter, salt and pepper and mix. Stir in Bisquick. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 9X13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with salsa, if desired.

Sometimes I make a few substitutions to the above resipe to spice it up a little:
Use pepperjack cheese instead of yellow cheese.
Use two cans of Ortega chilies instead of one.
Use one roll of spicy sausage (browned).

It's bee a big hit with my co-workers.
