MASTER MIX
20 cups flour
2 1/2 cups powdered milk
3/4 cups baking powder
3 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons cream of tarter
1/2 cup sugar
2 pounds vegetable shortening
Mix together until crumbly. Store at room temperature in air tight container.
To make pancakes use 1 cup mix, 1 egg and water to desired consistency.
To make baking powder bisquits add water to soft dough and drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Or, you can make the dough stiffer and roll out to cut with a cookie cutter. Bake at 350.
