Rolls

ROLLS

6 cups wark milk
1/2 pound butter
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
2 teaspoons salt
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
4 tablespoons yeast
Flour to make sticky dough

Let rise once. Form into rolls and put into greased pan and let rise really well.
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes
This recipe makes good onion read by kneading in dry onion soup mix.
Dough can also be used for cinnamon twists: Roll out, spread on butter, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut inot strips approx. 1"X 4" and twist as you put them into a greased pan. Bake.
